Fort Walsh Visitor Centre, a project developed
by 3D Services in 2017 and consisted of many
areas for thematic exhibit in which the log wall

was one those I was involved with. By reviewing

general drawings and cross-crossing information

with a multidisciplinary team, all construction

methods and mainly the CNC joinery was detailed in Rhinoceros and pro-grammed with RinoCam after having prepared the drawings for client’s approval.

The Zig Zag wall, another project for the Fort
Walsh Visitor Centre which presented some
constructive challenges due to the complexity
to reproducing some compound angles in wood
and the need to be installed in sections as a
free-standing wall. By applying my knowledge
and experience with programming, operating

and designing for CNC joinery, all the components

were feasible to build after being detailed in

Rhinoceros and programmed with RinoCam.
